The process of investigation and study begins by asking the people who lives and visit the neighborhood either in transit or as usual residence.
In this way we are closer to the essentials needs of the neighborhood. The video shows several people answering questions.
As well as, we keep in mind the neighborhood level as well as, the relationship with neighbors

REFERENT FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The project it is focused on the idea of an iconic housing project in the neighborhood and not only as a social housing, which is popular in the neighborhood. Then, the proposal project incorporates a public equipment to boost for neighborhood.
The building raise with a metallic skin which varies its degree of opacity, from more to less opaque as we move away from the views of the citizens at the foot of the street. Also incorporates the graphics of the typical Raval bird, the Argentine green parrot. Indeed, the skin is painted as white for give more illumination, although the building rises by its edges to allow the permeability while it is folded to enlarge the narrow perimeter streets. It also varies in height to get the maximum sunning.
