THE PROJECT
The project develops an office building in Barcelona in Zona Franca area. It is divided into several parts. The first is the layout of the same building, treating the exterior areas as an extension of the building's uses. The second it is the generation of the own offices as well as a storage area for the same company. Finally, a semi-private spaces are treated such as a bar, restaurant and auditorium.
The building rises as passive and active green energy systems, such as a green facade with some architectural incorporations with solar panels, water recovery, heat recovery system or even pre-air conditioning system.
The offices incorporate an open floor space which it will uses for a general work, includes as a hot-desk option as well as, an areas with a greater privacy such as private offices, meeting areas or serendipity.
The office revolve around a large central core containing the bar and meeting terraces.

One Office, Three uses
TYPE I: The first option it is used for the high positions for the company. The office could be distributed in a way which generate two spaces. The first space includes a pair of armchairs and a table in order to be able to make informal meetings. The second space is the formal office with a management table and two chairs.
TYPE II: The second option is for two users who do not have to have a feedback o informal meetings. They are a senior managers of the company but they work together. Two large management tables are in the center, leaving space perimeter for free movement.
TYPE III: The last option of furnishing gives us 3 work tables. It is for a manager and two internship who are in charge of.
