THE PROJECT
The present project deals with an old factory rehabilitation called "La Bostik". It is located in La Sagrera just in front of a future park and consequently a space of opportunity. The project contemplates a permanent rehabilitation. Therefore, not only rehabilitates the current buildings also generates an extension and create a new building.
The program is very extensive, it will contemplate a museum, a bar, an auditorium or an artist’s residence or even a test boxes. In order to be able to create a public-private relationship for all the public facilities, the space will be in the lower floors however, it will exist in the high parts more spaces to give more privacy as well. The project works also in an emptiness or fullness space, creating a link between the three last buildings, which it will be a semi-public square with the ability to coordinate all kind of events.
The new covering not only provides a climatic comfort, also unifies the current buildings and the new one create an a single visual space which not permit to the user identify a separate spaces.

Three Buildings,
One space
The permeability of the project allows to give a versatile access with a multitude routes inside the current buildings and the new public space. The new public space, has a different types of spaces, some are statics, with vegetation, as a routes or even as a large surface area with multifunctional place which can bring the interior activities as an outside area.

Different spaces for all uses
Lots of uses are available in the building as a private office spaces, dance space, test boxes or even an apartments in the last floor. An important point is the versatility of spaces.
Moving panels are projected, which could segregate or expand the space depending on the purpose or the user.
